Sawing through Time

Teak, ash and oak, I wanted to make all of it on the lathe and to use a variety of woods. Not so much designed as evolved, it stands 360mm tall. I aimed to show off differing wood grains and patterns, and to include several skills and techniques. Only a few generations will decide whether or not it is an heirloom piece.
